Anti Aging and your life style

For a Healthy Life and Aging

The meaning of the name and definition Anti aging is the sum of ways and means available to us in fighting the never ending war in the aging process our body goes through. In this century aging and normal wear of our bodies has become a nuisance on both the health aspect and the aesthetic aspect.

The Main Causes of Aging

Oxygen - the one thing we cannot live without is also the number one cause for aging. The oxygen causes enormous wear in the arteries, releases free radicals that may cause cancer, causes irreparable damage to the brain cells and devours them, ages the skin cells, devours and destroys cells and in general, ruins every piece of goodness in our bodies.
The inevitable conclusion: the exact thing that keeps us alive is also killing us.

Nutrition - We neglect, don't eat properly, don't chew enough, don't drink enough water, mix between food groups, our food contains synthetic additives, sugar substitutes, chemicals, coloring, preservatives, the food is injected with drugs. Fruits and vegetables are sprayed with toxic substances and grown on ground fertilized with toxic chemicals, cattle and poultry are fed with antibiotic and hormone filled food. We eat sugars, fats, and what not.

The result

We are becoming fatter - arteries are blocked and calcium and cholesterol accumulate in them, there is an overload on the heart's activity and its ability to fulfill its duties (fats are the number one cause for death induced by heart attack). An overload on our skeletal system and its activities, which in turn brings with it the wearing of the joints, tendons and all other body parts that should be running our bodies smoothly.

We are damaging our liver - damage to the liver's main role in the body as a toxin filter, blockage of its filtration system, clogging and a decrease in activity which will cause some of the toxins to return to the blood cycle unfiltered. The result is disastrous to our body and will lead to damage to the skin's texture, damage to the nervous system and blood vessels, side effects and a general physical deterioration and with it a mental deterioration.

Disruption, anxiety, and the pace of life - Chinese medicine is based on the notion "everything begins and ends with a disruption of the flow and nervous disruptions". Thus, if you have an infection in your hand, that means there is some disruption of the flow to the hand. The acupuncture system will release the blockage, and indeed the infection will be healed in most cases. Our brain's activity (which is in charge of giving orders to all body parts and systems) is disrupted and distracted due to nervous disruptions, its division of functions and ability to control these systems decreases and it is not able to run all the systems. Therefore, it is likely that some of the body's systems will collapse immediately due to the brain's inability to supply them with what they need in order to function normally. The gentle balance will be violated, the brain's control system crashes due to the overload, and a wrong and irregular division of cells and other functions begins. Everything begins to be out of order and the body gets sick.
This will be immediately reflected in a number of obvious problems beginning with skin issues, marks on the skin that were not there before, rashes, irritation, and even problems with internal organs that will not have any solutions, since the conventional medicine is not properly trained to deal with this, for two main reasons:

Conventional medicine will care for the ailment (even effectively) but will not treat its cause. You are the ones who must treat the cause.
Conventional medicine does not have the time or resources to treat you properly. Even if the doctor has good intentions, he is limited by budget, the time of your visit, hospitalization time, and the type of medication that insurance has decided on for him, etc. Conclusion: Take your health into your own hands.

The Environment - The environment is also a crucial contributor to our mental and physical balance. The environment is noisy, disturbing, and the air contains a lot of polluting factors. Our lungs absorb soot, cigarette smoke, and pollution. Our skin and lungs are being clogged up with soot, toxins, and chemicals. We now need to buy the water that we used to be able to drink from the faucet. The sea, which used to have healing powers, is today the world's garbage can. In general our environment and everything around us carries a great role in accelerating the natural wear of our bodies and skins.

Success at the War

Correct nutrition - In short, start thinking about what you put in your mouth, and after you have, eat slowly and with thorough bites. If we were to specify exactly what to eat we would need a few pages to do so, and there are millions of books on the subject.

Nervous disruptions - It is easier said than done- try to be as calm as possible. You will enjoy it and the people around you will, too. Need some help? Go to self awareness courses, yoga, meditation, forums etc. One of these will be sure to change your way of thinking and your reactions for the better.

The environment - there is not much to do about this, and we expect no one will sell their apartment and go live in the mountains, forest, on the beach, etc.

Self Destruction and Lack of Awareness and Care - The average person worries more about his car than his body. He will almost always put his car in for care and maintenance on time, because he knows that otherwise it will stop running at some point. He trusts his body to get him out of any neglectful situation although it is rusty and functioning only with 70% effectiveness. Every day that passes by, the body gets more clogged up. With every passing day it has a harder time transferring information, blood, oxygen, power, energy, chemical activities, motoric activities, etc. Why? Because the days are passing by and you continue caring for your body the same way you cared for it yesterday. Start thinking about how to age healthily without hospitalization, clinics, waiting in line for the doctor, wheelchairs, pain, infections, and general decomposition to the sad point at which even you will want to finish this miserable way of living.

Illnesses and Damages - When something comes up, even the smallest thing, care for it immediately, you never know what it may develop into. Maybe as of today you should also start asking yourself what caused it? What has caused my body to create this ailment?

Teeth - They have a very important role in our health system, chewing, how our body eats, even the feeling of inability to naturally smile in order to hide something, reflects greatly on the nervous system and your self esteem. Maintain your teeth properly, visit the dental assistant regularly, get a yearly check up, including gums and everything around it.

Physical activity - Do what you can according to your body's condition, your age, your disabilities, etc. In any case, do something.

Vitamins - Some vitamins are considered vital some are considered less vital. There is no arguing with the fact that our body needs a certain amount of vitamins each day for its daily functioning.

Hormones - Although in our daily routine it seems that we are constantly trying to damage our body, it is still an almost perfect machine. Its balance is gentle; the number of chemical and electric systems in the body reaches thousands. In short it is a huge and sophisticated laboratory that knows how to take apart the food we eat, add enzymes to it, turn vitamins into hormones, change and channel energies, run a heating and control system while taking into account over 200 factors affecting it. What this introduction is trying to say, is that you should not infringe on this gentle balance needlessly. You will pay for it if you do. Do you want the body to create the growing hormone and other necessary hormones on its own? (Yes, your body is able to do that better than anything and for free)

Sugars - Reduce your sugar intake- eat and drink your coffee, tea and any other beverages without sugar. Decreasing the insulin levels in your blood to very low levels (preferably under 7) will automatically lengthen your life expectancy by about 20% (depending on the age you are now. Of course, starting at a younger age the profit will be greater but it is never too late to start). The added advantage is open blood veins, easy flow of the blood, more agile veins with better and more effective metabolism, and blood and oxygen circulation.

Fasting - Every clinical research performed around the world with the purpose of teaching anti aging, has proved that during a fast the body immediately produces the growing hormone as well as all other necessary hormones. It is recommended that you fast one day a week, but one day every two weeks will do the job as well. Instead of insisting on getting hormone shots, it would be better for you to let your body produce them, since it knows how to do so better than anyone.
Be strict about getting yearly blood tests, find out if there is anything your blood is lacking and what there is too much of, then, act accordingly.

Budget - Be rich, some of the actions mentioned above involve financial expenses that, unfortunately not all of us can afford. At university economics courses, for example, it is taught that the look and condition of unhealthy and unaesthetic teeth is a clear sign to a rough socio economic condition. We are not telling you what to do and how to do it, and we are aware of the general population's economic situation. The purpose of this article is first of all, to make you aware of your body, and to make you realize that your body is something that need to be taken into account; it is not an automatic machine that will work to no end. Start making improvements according to your budget. There are some things you could do that do not cost money, or cost a small amount, and there are even some things that will even improve your economic situation. Quitting smoking and engaging in physical activity will necessarily cause an increase in your finances and give you a better work ability.

Anti-aging

For Healthier Skin and a Younger, Fresher Look

In order for us to help you help us:

Drink no less than 12 cups of water daily, of them, at least four cups of cold or warm green tea.
Engage in physical activity of some sort according to your personal ability.

Take vitamin C daily according to manufacturer's recommendation found on the bottle.

General

Budget - as mentioned in the article above we will advise you of the optimal care needed for the skin, and everyone should act according to budget. Yet, even if you start by following the three requests we have made above, you've already done something wonderful for your skin. The actions that are not optional, but required will be noted in parentheses. Also, we will always note two types of creams. While one of them will be easier on your budget, both are great and will do the job

Anti Oxidants - After you've read what oxygen does to our bodies and our skin one of the wars is of course preventing the cell's oxygenation. In this chapter I will advise you of real anti oxidants which will lengthen the cell's life and keep it in good shape ten times better.

SPF - Take extra care in protecting the skin from the sun's damages. In the summer you must not leave the house without high SPF protection. When I write Cream with SPF I mean in the summer. Of course, in the winter, it is up to you and according to the weather.

Ages - Unfortunately, some of the 16-30 age groups do not think they need to start caring for their skin unless they have acne or some other condition. This is a grave mistake. The skin is the same skin with the same needs beginning at the age of zero. The fact that it looks better due to younger age, less wear, good metabolism, genetics, etc., does not mean a thing. This is the best time to care for it. Caring for the skin at an early age and properly maintaining it is the real anti aging process. Here, I will advise for a treatment that will allow you to enjoy a renewal of the production of collagen and elastin, a newer and fresher texture, and a stronger protection of the phenomenon of oxygenation of the cells and their aging (conditioned by fulfillment of our three requests) even at the ages of 30-60.

This short piece of advice was written with a lot of love a care to people wherever they are.

Smile – Smile to the world and the world will smile to you.
