What is Skin's sun protector?


Usually the Skin's sun protector is a chemical substance or combination of a number of chemicals which together serve as radiation barrier between the skin and sun radiation. The methods used today in the Cosmetics Industry are generally identical and all use the same chemicals. A very limited number of chemicals are available to the Cosmetics manufacturers, such as: Titanium Dioxide, Zinc Oxide, a series of Benzophenone,
Parsol 1789, Avobenzone, HEMC and OMC. The different between the SPFs products are in the concentration of the chemicals which added to the creams or the oils. The higher the concentration of these chemicals, proportionally, the higher the protective level, as is also the damage caused to our skin. These chemicals used by the majority of manufacturers, cause damage and irritation to the skin. In specific cases of sensitive facial skin, such damage is caused which later requires medical and dermatological treatment.

How often should we apply the cream?


The international Ministry of Health and the Israeli Ministry of Health have substantiated that despite the products purchased by you have various SPF numbers (SPF does not specify the quality and the level of protection of the product but only the time of its protection until it is absorbed or decomposes so that the higher the SPF number, the time required for readmission of the product on the skin is higher). No attention is to be given to the number marked by the SPF manufacturer but consider all creams as SPF 15 as all creams are absorbed in the skin within the first two and a half hours and its protection ability will disintegrate, absorbed and disappear.

The meaning of the name and definition Anti aging is the sum of ways and means available to us in fighting the never ending war in the aging process our body goes through. In this century aging and normal wear of our bodies has become a nuisance on both the health aspect and the aesthetic aspect.

The Main Causes of Aging

Oxygen - the one thing we cannot live without is also the number one cause for aging. The oxygen causes enormous wear in the arteries, releases free radicals that may cause cancer, causes irreparable damage to the brain cells and devours them, ages the skin cells, devours and destroys cells and in general, ruins every piece of goodness in our bodies.
The inevitable conclusion: the exact thing that keeps us alive is also killing us.

Nutrition - We neglect, don't eat properly, don't chew enough, don't drink enough water, mix between food groups, our food contains synthetic additives, sugar substitutes, chemicals, coloring, preservatives, the food is injected with drugs. Of course, starting at a younger age the profit will be greater but it is never too late to start). The added advantage is open blood veins, easy flow of the blood, more agile veins with better and more effective metabolism, and blood and oxygen circulation.

Fasting - Every clinical research performed around the world with the purpose of teaching anti aging, has proved that during a fast the body immediately produces the growing hormone as well as all other necessary hormones. It is recommended that you fast one day a week, but one day every two weeks will do the job as well. Instead of insisting on getting hormone shots, it would be better for you to let your body produce them, since it knows how to do so better than anyone.
Be strict about getting yearly blood tests, find out if there is anything your blood is lacking and what there is too much of, then, act accordingly.

Budget - Be rich, some of the actions mentioned above involve financial expenses that, unfortunately not all of us can afford. Head Louse

Some facts about the louse:

Lice are not a sign of bad hygiene. The louse does not distinguish between poor and rich. It moves from one head to another, and surprising as it may sound, the louse prefers clean hair on dirty hair. The louse does not grow in a non organic environment, does not pass via combs, and never exists on carpets or in houses or any lifelessness object.

Its life circle is about four weeks and 8 days of them are incubation stage in the ovule. Than the ovule splits and the louse gets out and stays in a form of a pupa for three days until it matures. The ovule is opaque or white, if the ovule is clear, then it is empty and the louse got out.
A healthy louse will never exceed a height of 1 centimeter from the scalp and of course this is the height of the ovule.

Hair lost and Hair strengthening treatment

Some facts about the hair: In general the hair does not have a significant physiological role and our body will function the same without it, however it has a significant psychology role as it is related to our look, appearance, image, mood and more. That is why we nourish, color, straighten, curl, bleach, cut and so on. We invest a lot in hair products and hair instruments.

a-synchronized to prevent the cycles to loose all the hair simultaneously.
Also you have to know that normally we are loosing permanently around 100 hairs per day so don't panic whenever you see hairs in your brush and shower.

What is Acne?

Acne is a problematic skin condition that happens mainly around the face, however, around the back and the chest as well (although much less) and it is caused as a result of blocking the drainage of the hair follicle and glands by excessive sebum secretions. Normally the hair orifices are nourished by glands that secrete a special lipid sebum that is meant to grease the skin and nurture the hair. When the secreted amount is in overdose, the orifices and the canal leading to the hair follicle are blocked and dead skin cells are piled up. This blocking creates an ideal surrounding for bacteria and optimal chance for infection. The level of blocking, that determines whether the acne is an open or a close one.

Ages: The acne Vulgaris is a common phenomenon among youth, almost 50% of the youth experience acne up to some extent. The Testosterone (the masculine hormone) carries a respected part in causing the acne.

The reasons: there are many points of view regarding this issue, to begin with hormonal changes and finalize with nutrition. However there is no certainty and there is no dermatological institute that will specify a certain cause to the acne. Most reasonable is that some of the causes are correct and maybe all as one, and indeed there is a mutual agreement as for certain treatments that will help to prevent or to conceal the phenomenon. The oily type of skin, this is something everyone agreed upon.

The treatments and the maintenance are aimed to create environmental conditions that interrupt the acne development, to keep the skin hygiene and reduce as much as possible the permanent damages the skin suffers from the existing acne. The products leads to skin peeling and penetration into the hair follicle canal and dissolving the sebum blocked there. This way the follicle space remains narrow and the damages and marks that might stay after the adolescence will be diminished.

Nutrition: as aforesaid, no direct connection was proven between nutrition and acne, but it is clear that there is a connection. Avoid mixing in one meal number of nutrients, eating fried food, dairy products, eggs, spicy food and products containing sugar.

Hygiene: lack of hygiene is the first factor in forming acne and the one and only factor mutually agreed upon over all dermatological academies.
Wash your face as much as you can, use cleansing soaps in order to maintain the skin as dry as possible.
